Refund policy

Due to the personal and consumable nature of perfumes, Crosslines follows a strict no return and no exchange policy once the order has been delivered.

We provide refund or replacement only in cases where the product is received in a physically damaged condition, subject to the policy below.

Damaged Product Claims

Customers are eligible for replacement or refund only if:

  • The perfume bottle is broken, OR
  • The product is significantly leaked or empty due to transit damage, making it unusable

To raise a claim:

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unpacking video is mandatory.
  • The video must show:
    • Sealed outer packaging
    • Shipping label
    • Complete opening process
    • Visible damage to the product

Claims must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

Leakage & Evaporation Policy

Perfumes may experience minor leakage or slight evaporation due to temperature or air pressure changes during transit.

Therefore:

  • Minor liquid level variation or slight leakage will not be treated as damage.
  • Refund or replacement will only be approved if damage is substantial and verified.

Crosslines reserves the final authority to determine claim validity.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dislike of fragrance notes or performance
  • Used or partially used products
  • Minor outer box damage
  • Absence of unpacking video proof
  • Claims made after the 3-day claim period

Perfume products cannot be resold once opened and are therefore strictly non-returnable.

Refund / Replacement Process

  • Claims will be reviewed by our support team.
  • If approved:
    • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, OR
    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Quality & Authenticity Assurance

All Crosslines fragrances undergo quality inspection and secure packaging before dispatch to ensure customers receive genuine and properly handled products.
