Shipping policy

At Crosslines, we are committed to delivering your fragrances safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high order volume periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or special service areas: up to 8–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Crosslines may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:

  • Full address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Valid contact number

Crosslines will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect address information.

Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

An order may be marked as RTO in situations such as:

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer refuses to accept the parcel
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by courier partner

In such cases:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid order refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting logistics costs.
  • Reshipment will be done only after additional shipping payment.
  • Crosslines reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery service for future orders.

Transit Risk & Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and handling are subject to third-party logistics operations.
However, Crosslines ensures secure packaging standards to minimize transit damage.
